Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the meeting of the personnel committee. This meeting will be webcast live to the internet. Andrew, thank you Chair, this is an annual report and it has been coming to personnel committee and then subsequently gets recommended to Full Council for approval, however it comes here every January and has done since 2012 under the Localism Act.Cllr Connor McConville - 0:02:48
you're looking at a paper copy which had been printed in black on black and white, then it might be a bit harder to see some of the tracked changes. There'd be a view if you're looking on it on a screen or in the past, then you should have seen the changes in red, so they should have stood out a bit more but are happy to open up to members for any questions, comments or concerns they might have onCllr Jennifer Hollingsbee - 0:03:12

is around long service awards for staff and we have a long discussion as we were heading into Star Chambers about whether or not they were particularly valued and we felt certainly from talking to staff that the employee of the year and subsequently now a team of the year were very well thought of the long service awards didn't quite get the same reactions.Cllr Connor McConville - 0:05:24
