4 Statement of Accounts 2023/24

Cllr Liz McShane - 0:02:47
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:02:54
go on to agenda item for statement of accounts for 2023 24 pages 15 S 36 of the documentation.
Mr Ola Owolabi - 0:03:06
all our upper-tier producer, the reports in front of you, is to look at real progress reports will be 20 pounds rated for our clients.
at this committee meeting in July, you actually consider the audit clients in terms of the particular needs to be carried out.
within that budget plundered the cornerstone to continue coming back to this group because I didn't object certain reports you've got in front of you is just to prove viability, progress in terms of where you have the 23 24 pounds has already been published and that is the single entity accounts himself in public.
we are currently waiting to finalise the 22 23, I was that are being finalised with Nico de Pledwick Group, which is a technical accounting damage to bring reflected within the pretty 325 pounds.
once that is done, they can publish the full accounts in some salty, proper audit and looking at a timetable. The expectation is that the audit will be putting on in October, which is a field fine. I mean what we Professor Patrick Coghlin information, which, unfortunately for anything before, however, if we look at the national position in terms of what is happening that Crosby across the UK, there has been a regulatory of with a benefit provided some of his lust in July, the 22 23 account has to be completed by purchasing of December, the 23 24 of which we are getting to progress today as to be completed by February 2025. I think I was taught I've got you asked me with that will be audited from GCSE to pick the rest of the present and I'm happy to take questions after thank you
Microphone C - 0:04:56
thank you very much, thank and Chair, and I think I miscarried spared the report quite thoroughly, sorry, I won't go into too many details other than yes, we are expecting to commence the 23 24 August from October onwards, but there is no margin the closedown by Christmas with any kind of governance and for example in January and had the papers we put that to Rudolf me satisfied he sat crops request to your officers back in August and notice in responding to those requests them so they are ready upon our arrival in October and so there is no backlog at the beginning of the order so hopefully we'll be able to proceed apace for 23 24.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:05:37
thank you, and can I ask about an update on the 22 23?
punishments.
Microphone C - 0:05:44
yes, so 22 23 is currently pending a financial reporting practical matter and that we are discussing both with management and are in the tunnel technical team from the meeting between Safiya Lydia and yourself earlier in the week you will recall talking through the detail of where 22 23 position is, we are working through at pace as quickly as we can and we would like to resolve that, I think it's with it and there's anything in previous rehearsals at paragraph I think was the end of October early November to be defined. Her contribution will thank you
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:06:15
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:06:17
questions from the Committee for comments,
Cllr John Wing - 0:06:24
drink suddenly clarification, so the the box updates in India we'll call sign is pending government approval the government have known through Nairobi up to 16 storeys, shall we say, the the rates in report.
that's the 13th December for the 23 23 me, with a breakdown for the temporary set correct.
yeah yeah, to go through formal legislation, passengers that letters
Microphone C - 0:06:51
have been sent to all key officers in councils nationally, reflecting that those states documents to be by the current government.
any prompt correct you, you're expecting to meet the DDA year 22 23
Cllr John Wing - 0:07:04
deadline to December, is it gonna fit, the obviously 23 24, which is 27th February, I believe so Usain, hopefully you'll be able to make that day.
we can assure you that our aim is to compete with in January we are,
Microphone C - 0:07:21
we are not to paint or tasking ourselves with the challenge of trying to close down within such a very safe bet for short, that's not our plan and is at the same for the council offices as well. You hopeful I
Cllr John Wing - 0:07:35
mean it has been quite Long Row, did you probably appreciate yourself to get these are Councillor and I presume any lessons have been learned so now, hopefully for the 23 24 it'd be locked smoother whilst reciting
Mr Ola Owolabi - 0:07:50
cyclical. Slowly. Yes, I think so echo what Japan as third, be assured that the 23 24 should go smoothly. We went to a lot in terms of 22 23 on what has made to delay is Gooper Council, and the second coalition was that as the reserve the 23 24 we are, we are going to be in a better place to finish that, definitely by the end of December January, and that is the plan. Thank you
thank you very much for some chair thanks, thank you, Councillor, on
Cllr John Wing - 0:08:24
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:08:25
any other questions from the Committee picture, yeah thanks charities, so can we just confirm the next steps will, because it I think we're
Cllr James Butcher - 0:08:33
waiting to hear armoury about an extra meeting.
so can we just clarify whether we really know what's happening?
Mr Ola Owolabi - 0:08:43
thank you at the live in terms of the necessary the auditors until chef had been within a few weeks ago.
we are now waiting for granted front-row completely or to the technically Hill wards that are being done, Sophia we contacted media to confirm that everything is now done, everything I do sign up and then a bid for in meeting some fencing October, I believe we are good, thank you.
company.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:09:11
any other comments or questions
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:09:16
sorry, we happy to note grant for 2 3 3 24 Audit progress report, I've said another proposal place clients knowing we're happy to propose
Cllr John Wing - 0:09:26
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:09:26
this as well and a seconder.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:09:32
and we are on a great thanking all agreed.
agenda item 5.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:09:37
which is the quarterly internal update report from the had a piece can't afford it partnership
thank you.
Microphone A - 0:09:46
thank you Chair the report before you on page 37, use the regular internal audit update report to this Committee, showing the work that's been completely Borrington movie, since the last Audit Committee was held on page 41, this shows the main reports that have been completed within the period to coming out as substantial assurance, and one is limited, the limited with in relation to equality and diversity, and this is shown on page 43 and then on Page 44, it shows management response to the audit,
I recently represented cycle.
moving forward to page 45.
assurances from the Laps completed within the period and again those two which were coming out reasonable and substantial assurance and no problems now.
on page 48.
this shows the reports that have been brought to Committee already are all sitting were partial and limited assurance awaiting follow up, and it shows when the tunnel approach, due on managed to review.
a name on page 49, this shows the breakdown of the internal audit plan to the end of June, and at that time 21% of the plan was completed and bringing it up to date to the end of July, it's now 29%, so we are making good progress and we will be prime sites are
and those are the main highlights of the report and it seems to take any questions you may have, thank you.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:11:29
thank you Chris any questions from the Committee.
is it possible to soak up for the three this author Paul A Seat, our
Cllr John Wing - 0:11:40
as the quality and diversity, should we stop the 2 0 catches up to lesser once the effects of search monsters, say article, I know cybersecurity and Councillor Martin.
we are happy to start radical yeah dealt with Councillor Martin over
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:11:56
to you.
thank you very much Chair.
so
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:12:05
it really are just come along was really just for no bit of meat on the bones, as it were to explain to a committee or you know the
the background, et cetera.
you will all recall the in coming in to office.
we talked about
three reviews, a governance review which was already starting by officers
I, a management review and a financial review of the the whole project. Now on, please, to signed great progress, has been made, gone on all three, the the governance review by a local partnerships was wide ranging, I think, pretty comprehensive and you know I didn't didn't print the Council winner in a terrific line, I think it's really had gone back to
a different times where central government was encouraging councils to create arms length organisations, and you know, I think possibly people might disagree with me hospital because we've got a little bit to arms length, so so we we we
local partnerships and a report sets out where improvements that were required in in our government's approach, etc. About 1 point you with all the data but have effectively you know we, we set about that with some vigour and in in their updated report they are much more complimentary about the lay dying, appreciate that the Council has moved back into a central position, soldier obstacle policies knocks allowances in order that the it go back into into the following the management review
was very thorough and very painful, the staff numbers reduced nothing from 19 to the current 5.
and so we we, you know, we didn't hold back, we, we really to local partnerships report, another indicate is very, very seriously, the financial review is still ongoing, meets its complexity extinct, it's very, very, very, it goes in lots of different directions,
we can Members will recall we can to,
to cabinet in October to seek permission to look for a strategic partner, and I know that.
that search continues.
I'm not giving away too much, I'm sure, by saying we are in detailed discussions.
and our financial with me, the were commissioned long before Christmas, is actually stood us in great stead the anger regarding.
and them getting drunk it, it's customer rather Monnington to find out exactly where we are, but I think that's policing grants thing so overall my my sort of word to committing is that.
the governance of of political parties is much much stronger than it was the the management of Oscar calculate point again is much stronger with the Council taking a much closer rather much much once you know, the financial position is what the financial position is, but at least we've got a much much better idea of exactly where we are with regard to.
you know cost projections in our opportunity, et cetera, et cetera, so I hope that's helpful for for the for members and if there are any questions Chair very, very happy to tie in just one sorry you
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:16:28
mentioned that the staff at the team has reduced from 95%. Do you think that you're happy with that that the councils in good shape to deliver Otpor?
that?
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:16:42
thank you, Chair yeah, the it was, we, you know, the the, the three reviews essentially made a reset.
the the the our direction was was no longer had an in an incredible at A&E Barbarella conduct of, so it was, it was a moment to reach set, and I think this is. This is why local partnerships considered. We've done a good job effectively because you know Gheriani concerned with governance, but they felt it was time to reset, we felt it was time to reset around the management and also the financial position, so so so all of it really was about sang. Look
where are we?
what have we got, where are we going with this and it?
again, others might disagree will make that it was high time that the Council took that action, so I'll I kid you, not it was it was pinpoint, was difficult, but I think he's the right who is the right thing to do work on a Nyngan minimal cleaner now and we're ready to take the opportunities that come out why, Councillor Martin, thank you
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:17:55
for that.
update anxious, helpful any questions from people
Councillor Mitchell
and I don't know whether this is funeral overall progress, I'm just looking at the primary findings until throughout the Council has
Cllr James Butcher - 0:18:09
improved oversight of multiple Park unhealthy, and I just wonder what was contained within that, what that increased 35 over a swath of your workforce, many farmers,
yeah, OK, I can Gibson some.
steph behind that
at times the
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:18:27
essentially the the the
the TMA article linked with the article Parkdale there was then a regular meeting structure, there wasn't a regular liaison, you know, you know, the very limited finance team here will know that yeah Lydia spends an awful lot of it of our week.
we Uxbal team in in trying to get this financial year the financial model HRA, and you understand where we are.
chief Executive spending an awful lot of time in terms of the direction.
particularly with the incoming government and
so so, rather than letting letting article PA LLPs get on with it, we have very much stepped in today, so so, so it's not really only oversight, we are in our cheek by jowl, now we are, we are right in the middle of it and it in one wine you could you could to recite, perhaps you know it was to yeah, but it was going to happen because article had
right that oversaw the the Council should it should have probably not been so arms length should have taken a more interested day-to-day work on what was going on, etc etc. I'm not suggesting anything was wrong or in, but it's it's it's tighter, it's linger and I think it's much more market ready now.
and neither are think with my great progress.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:20:22
thank you yeah, I was in fact, and so it's I guess there's a knock on
Cllr James Butcher - 0:20:25
effect for senior officers are spending more time providing that oversight, I guess.
about the sustainability of France and all the other things on the council's agenda, if we got, senior officers were focusing more of that to the hospital.
sorry, yeah yeah, I can confirm that our most talented people are
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:20:45
very, very involved in in getting obstacle to work, this inevitably means, as senior officers are spending more time in doing it, but any small you know a person who is I think and is Daddy draw out, I think that we needed to jump in the middle of this and Andrew and really,
manage this from the council's point of view, as opposed to some arms length organisation called
do you see what I mean, I'm not criticising anything, because the government was.
nine years ago, the government which really really clean on his arms length organisations.
and you know, we're in a different time different times where a different situation and we really needed to to good obstacle park all all pay the credibility of having us in the middle of it.
and in terms of the risk management.
are you able to give us a flavour of like any of the key risks and any
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:21:50
of those risks have changed over the last six per year, the the at the
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:21:56
moment, the progress on article park and how we will hit a number of stops so so, for example we've gone as far as we can with our negotiations are with,
network, Rail and Southeastern packed one, I think it's cold and we we decided not to go any further until we know we're in a better position to know what the timeline on the project is. Overall, to get to pack to, we would have to spend an enormous amount of money, so so we we, we kind of run, prime. The pump would hit the buffers on that one when we're not going to spend a schedule of the money on that, so so the the officers who were very good at on the railway side they had nothing to do so, so so, thanks for dropping numbers, I mean there is where we're in, and we're in an advanced position on on a number of section 1 0 6 agreements that impulse. Our own planning department are very much so, so we are where we are kind of where we're dotting over the i's and crossing all the teams
what we've got to do now is just get the kind of the Kingdom unlocks the door and chatted to be the waste water treatment plant, and then everything else enlivens again we can we can move forward honey between soaps O'Connor, that's where we are.
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:23:37
thank you for any other comments, question clustering.
thank you very much, should that's the margin very useful in other
Cllr John Wing - 0:23:48
than slogans pleased to hear a bit in the spirit of the debate in visibility is in charles's remainder was heading for Members briefing here or you know and public as well, I think I think a lot of things have changed and as I realise it abandoned perhaps not the best time but since when there was any possibility of
the movement is creating new poor, especially the government, both councils, Water Hall area altogether, communications about what that invoices.
thank you Chair, thank you, Councillor weeks, yes, I think I don't
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:24:24
know if we've got a date in the diary, but I and all Members briefing our will happen at the moment wherein we were in a commercial situation.
and so so there is danger the utmost confidentiality or that the negotiations regarding on currently, but we will, we will keep we we with the latest developments, we've been briefing the heads of the political groups.
we've also briefed,
as the Chair of Overview and Scrutiny, and so we've been, we've been doing the kind of irreducible minimum in terms of who we have to the brain that shortly that, because obviously, campaigns on upper painful, I bet Sean, we hope to bring and something something very, very interesting to I know Members Quinton,
our current anecdote cross the line error.
Surbiton
and our own garlic, I say yes, yes, there is less as much as I can say
Cllr Liz McShane - 0:25:38
at the moment, and can I ask, obviously, if the negotiations are going goes continue ago smoothly give any idea when they might be concluded
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:25:48
in at an optimum to RGC. I would hazard a guess that we will be able to, even if it's an informal briefing, we will be able to let me know something before Christmas. Definitely, we may even get as far as the formal briefing before Christmas my bid, but that that's that's kind of where we are just just bosoms.
so everyone knows this, will we will we will we will kind of getting
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:26:19
agreement, then we'll get on a heads of terms, then we'll get for the you know this will be so before we get fully fully signed up, it's gonna be some time next year but we will be in a position to let members know where we are.
I, I'll add our commit to be definitely before Christmas.
so got your records, they are area can turn to look good, especially at Hambrook.
thank you, Chair, and thank being achieved for the update is very helpful and very reassuring to hear.
the work that's been done to to bring the LSB battled back home, she says that consider clutch.
my question is, is there an opportunity, through cross charging or through the accounts that will free up?
funds going out at the Council side, revenue funding which could be used for backfilling capacity.
or or or whatever insisting.
Cllr Adrian Lockwood - 0:27:34
Cllr Jim Martin - 0:27:36
I can't go into detail Chair, but every single opportunity to to do that is being looked at.
and you know rebel every opportunity to win, can type we we will, we will spread to costs appropriately, but we will do that with a view to exactly as Councillor liquid sex, free up revenue for spend yeah yeah, on our primary purposes.
Councillor Paul
and whether there is almost nothing that can add to what Jim has just said.
apart from just to be very clear, the decision on the deal that is thought to will be a member decision and it will come to Councillor on the Council to decide whether we are going to go ahead with it on that basis, that what is being discussed, what is being shaped is a deal to put in front of people so when people say what it looked like one of the sentences about what's the impact that they were at the answers to those questions,
OK, so that's just just in case it sounded like everything was happening behind closed doors and people going to turn around and say right, that's how we're going to do it, what will be put in front of people results and say this is what we recommend we're going to do and who we recommend working with what those numbers are,
that will make that work, but it will be for Members to decide on what will be specifically for full council to decide, we have no interest in matters, Cabinet decisions market, it will be a full member decision reflection right, thank you that's very helpful for that clarification on any other comments on the trunk.
contribution to
information on the support was more logical.
any comments on the consequence reduction scheme.
in the report in this agenda item.
or any other comments on the Jan item.
controlling about the quality and diversity and on CBC's the one is still limited insurance.
I think it's really really important the Council get their heads around, this is really important, people should be able to come to this place or work and know their site and also the residents as well I understand there has been work being done, work taking place and looking at really good part of the problem meaningful good, Paul 8 members not doing their.
trade, online training and throughout the scrutiny I know we did some sub security training, what they did, his e-mail every member and said this is why I wanted to do that just a short e-mail say why this is important, so I think it's important version sometimes gets overlooked.
I mean, it's very important that this Council and is asking odd recently done it in up my hand up our now and he's got to on us is OK, it's about 20 minutes are outlined quite chestnuts.
so perhaps it's a bit sad, I find it quite interesting, important attraction, so recommend all members to take the trend.
thank you for that, in your words of encouragement to councils to correct forms, yes, John is anything Susan on, they just remember that some questions about obviously is quite likely that isolated as members and officers to get on and do the same during the sessions,
how many plans and also on the them accordingly report,
we continue to publish.
Andrew, so thank you, sir yeah, so you know it doesn't fill me with any joy pleasure to bring it in audit reports, quite limited assurance and so.
take it very seriously, and I'm sorry that the senior colleagues that Kate management important is more tonight to talk to you about that and that in her absence, just to reassure you that it is.
a very important issue for us, and sorry, Ian indiscernible gloop.
it is a very important issue for us. We need to, quite rightly, as you say Councillor, raise the profile for the training not only for staff. That's the members and I take on board your point. I think there was a quite or a recent short e-mail highlighting the importance of a particular training module for members, which seems to have been really well received, because I fully support that. Everyone is very busy but to make time and I'm delighted to hear that and enjoyed during the court at the course, and it wasn't too onerous but it pointless really really well made, and I think we will take it back and turn and get on e-mail outlet to highlight that with the appropriate links embedded in order for Members to constant straightaway, will also push for staff training to make sure that's done
in terms of the profile of calcium Douglas to pursue organisation, we have made quite significant new additional work in recent times, most recently reporting to Personnel Committee for.
reasonable adaptations Policy and also a reasonable adaptations framework managers and really to support managers where we'll do have members of staff that require additional needs, it was too background phones and managers to help them through that process and to make sure that we have got on the cricket is in place and members will note from the building fabric of the building and outside that we have also Nelson's on modest investment in things like,
automatic, opening doors for the heavy doors, with putting some more disabled variance, and some additional handrails who made some adjustments to the toilet facilities raised the heights and grab rails, so we are trying to ensure within the fabric of the building and the working environment and support staff, but so I hope that's reassuring for you we also have under Jonathan Hickson, you met, who comes to the committee to talk to regularly about risk we have regarded he's responsible seem to
which will to report on a more of a focal point for us and on, whilst of course it does strokes strange across to Andrew Neil Smith because of the staff that we have worked in a second speech are team the numbers Jonathan notes is very important for us as well as I have this officer hopefully if that's for the members of the public Robin a flavour behind what's what's behind limited limited assurance but and to reassure you about the consolidates contingency meeting.
and do you think we've got knocked people looking at that to move us from the limited assurance status to unfashionable yeah I mean I am, I think I am confident, more confident now and the I suppose that this is one of the benefits of one-to-one order I always see internal audit is already constructed part of running organisation as a welcome their involvement in detailed assessment of different parts of the organisation that shines a light on things that will complete upon and that's to being very much welcomed and has been going forward. So I'm very, very helpful for me to make sure that we're for Leeds perhaps tailed, offer day or hasn't haven't quite had the focus, then we will adjust that to make sure it has. So I am more confident and of course when Britain seem to the reader re-inspection or appropriate time then I am confident that we would do
higher than the limited assurance reporting tonight.
thank you, Councillor courtesy, your hand thinking, I think the unusual thing about this report is, and you don't see it very often is, I think what Councillor when was saying is that some of this is our fault. That's members and Braille does, or does an assessment, come back and actually make make clear our point, our part in our downfall at that stage, and the fact that only 24% of members has completed that training session and only two out of non Cabinet Members are not within Morgan shame any of my colleagues, but I did it
and does the Cabinet Member for equality and diversity was also named as having done it? I noticed Mr with
but that means that seven councillors out of 30 had done that course of inspection and defect across, and although I fully understand your point in terms of that particular module week, Sandra targeted thing at this stage and sent to councillors haven't done it and say it,
can the 23, then please do this training session, actually all of the modules in our training course are there for a reason when back Councillors, training pack was put together and some significant time investment was beginning, haven't been nearly so, there are different courses which are different assessment on a different subject. He's gonna come round, advice is in exactly the same way and it's actually incumbent on us to fix the hat by having a look through all of that, not just this one. Firefighting is one and getting ourselves to 70% of people who have actually done it and then finding that the same thing happens again in a different area next time. It's therefore reason we should do it, we should look at ourselves and make sure that we've done it as well, and I'm sure we've shown in this room. All of us have got clean consciences and all of those training sessions
and it is for us to go and Ramon dire colleagues, we should all have that in order to, because it actually reflects on the organisation in this particular instance, we're looking at an unlimited insurance.
on our diversity and our policy.
for some of the risks and some of the reasons are because we didn't do stuff, and some of the reasons are for what seasonal was talking about in terms of work or that the management actions that need to be taken, but even if all of those are done by all of us to start from genuine door unless we address the member once we dress across the board we're not reflects that they can't fix it.
thank you in all of our political groups, we should encourage Perón's colleagues opposite to do it quickly, and I probably won't do not good, thank you Chair just an admin point really that training some of them come round annually, so I'd send them twice.
that particular one I did once last year, but I haven't been asked to do it again this year, so can we just confirm that that is not one of the annual 1 and if there isn't, that means I'm also one of the seven standards,
thank you any other comments.
once the picture and premises to check that, I think Chris about.
when we get back on progress on workforce
so thank you Chair, and, looking at the recommendation table, it seems the Dewsbury estate and the latest, I believe, is March showing the problems will be coming back to me, to the individual voice and about the March time, so you've probably coming to committee again.
probably about the June 1990,
any other comments.
okay, it's just on page 45, I think that was.
Read talks about for audit report, action plans, number of recommendations outstanding or living in attainment, talks about financial procedure rules and as four recommendations outstanding, and if so, what was it knows about and I guess are trying to reconcile that with Appendix 1, which hasn't got any recommendations, outstanding good discussions on her report.
secretary, I will pick up the financial procedure rules.
he must subject wishes that, while standing up to deal with our environment or which we have parental crossing, and the because of the changes from Cabinet to come to you Councillor, possibly shortly before beginning the, if Alicia policyholders part of the Constitution and we are using that unfortunately seem to actually,
update of I met our procedure will certainly have fallen to up-to-date, but in finding new Committees in place.
the USA best practice on typography of philanthropy last week looking at most of their functions, so by the time within the next few weeks we should be able to draw a line under orders outstanding recommendations, thank you.
I guess that's just something and perhaps wondering if we wanted to understand our we've got these four recommendations outstanding, other than asking the question for me, it doesn't feel very straightforward to think wow where do I find it more and more with us because it came
with a report, some meetings with all or something that are controlled under that heading, whether it can be quite hard to keep track of things so we can assume that and not always easy to have the funds of 1,000, and can you just explain that bit then about what why those down to the here in Appendix 1 Clare outstanding recommendations?
so it's researcher, yeah Appendix 1 is purely for outstanding critical, high priority recommendations for the really important ones that.
his movement sort flag to James, going back to the Area, contract procedure rules 1. What will happen? We will see these recommendations that are outstanding at the time, will be picked up within this recommendation tracker process that we will implement what they want and that sort of already strangers, so long as well as media coverage within that sort of process, and I think the last tiny Christian you mentioned it hasn't been completely destroyed the how the feedback as the outstanding recommendations with regard at least manual, she said that she would definitely be picking up on your annual report. So when you saw the annual report on three, there will be a section within that regardless,
the how progress is being made on the outstanding recommendations because school,
I'm just check on Thursday saying that the tracker has been designed with discussed grateful that when we inspect her party and a possible information that we get.
being De the trackless from fairly early on at the moment is and has been guaranteed for some months on, but various from my understanding is definitely going to be sent back in Whorlton Audit annual report, but there may be some other ways that it will be fed back to the Committee as well via statement arrangements Christian using it to send that GPs and let me know what's going on with them.
I guess, on the basis of how that could be helpful, features that have regular meetings meeting just to see whether officers advised that people with the aim of the strategy.
what it is looking to sign.
thank you.
thank you any other comments or questions on this item.
Mark case I'll be happy to receive and note the report and that the results from the work carried out by the Eastern Audit Partnership.
